I know you all came back yesterday to see more updates
and I apologise for not putting anything up yesterday
I had a bit of a hiccup and needed to
get myself back on track
but here goes..........
Day 2 of the convention and I was standing in front of the swap
drop box for head office taking photos when a lovely lady
bounced over to us and asked if we had any more swaps let,
unfortunately all swaps get done on the first day because we
just wanted to get rid of them so we didn't have so
much to carry
(for those of us who made 100+ it was dang heavy LOL)
anyway I discovered I had one left and handed it to her,
she then whipped out this awesome card that I
have only had the opportunity to admire online
and to have on IRL was just awesome.
Sadly the lady did not have her name on it and I would love
to credit her, if she sees this and can email me or leave a
comment I would love to put her name on it.
The next card had a recipe attached to it which was just as amazing
Here is the recipe:
5 minute chocolate mud cake
4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 egg
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
a small splash of vanilla extrat
1 large coffee mug
Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well
Add the egg and mix thoroughly
Pour the milk and oil and mix well
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract and mix again
Put your mug in the micowave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high)
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired
EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous)
